Bob the Minimalist
This is a story of my friend Bob and how he found the love of his life through EroomService.com.
After years of moving from one house to another Bob Smith finally decided, enough is enough. He decided to build his own. He carefully supervised the construction of a beautiful and sculptural home with a view right out of a magazine photo shoot in Tempe Arizona. He picked out every sustainable material possible taking every care and precaution against waste. His design philosophy is both simplistic and utilitarian. Bob said, “A home should be a place to live in and not a place to store junk.” Moving day came and Bob was uneasy about the 70’s chair in avocado-green vinyl with a gaping rip on one side. He was not happy at the fact that he was going to put inside his house a pair of clunky looking bookcases with sagging shelves. He was not so sure about the dining room table with a broken leg that he props with a mayonnaise jar for stability. He remembered the sectional couch he picked up from the curb is not a welcome sight much less would make a cozy sitting area whenever he has guests. He watched by his porch as the truck pulled in his driveway and was unloading his furniture and boxes. He thought hard and long if he wanted to take this oddly matched furniture inside the house. Just as he was going to tell his movers to unload most of his furniture near the garage for the next garbage truck to come, one mover strained his neck and was leaning toward the porch where he stood as if trying to listen to his orders when the lit cigarette from his mouth slipped down his arms. The mover flailed his arms, tried to sweep off the lit cigarette and a tiny glowing ember slowly and cautiously landed on the middle of the avocado-green couch. In an instant, chaos between the movers and Bob erupted as the couch bursted into flames, the aggressive flame caught the bookshelves, the sectional and the rest of the mismatched end tables Bob collected over the years. In the span of 10 minutes he went from wondering what to do with his outdated furniture to how is he going to clean the heaps of embers and ashes that used to be his furniture. His dilemma of getting rid of his old stuff was instantly solved. His movers apologized profusely and went their way. They said they would file a guarantee claim and would get back with Bob in a week or two.
With this fresh start, he opened his laptop, looked for the modern furniture that suited his minimalist taste. He found a Nolen Niu Sofa Designer in red that would be great for his Den and would complement its cathedral ceiling and huge bay windows overlooking the Arizona desert. He also ordered the Joly 09B Contemporary Theatre Entertainment Unit for its rich dark finish and sleek contemporary lines. His apple green choice of Italian dining set will be a good match for his six Palm dining chairs in black leather. He browsed through the hundreds of colors and choices of European furniture, minimalist, modern and contemporary furniture. The furniture will be shipped in a week. Bob let out a sigh, signaling contentment.
All of a sudden the phone rang twice and Bob answered. The voice on the other line was a lady neighbor asking if he was all right seeing that there was a commotion and some smoke coming from the new house. She introduced herself and asked if she could bring any cookies as a welcome gift. Bob said “Sure C’mon over, in fact I need a woman’s point of view on my European furniture choices.” In a few minutes, a beautiful vibrant lady appeared at the front steps of Bob’s new home. Elle was her name and she looked over the modern furniture choices online and looked at Bob.
That was the start of Bob and Elle Smith’s love life. Soon after the meeting, Elle finally agreed to marry Bob and had a quiet and elegant ceremony by Bob’s new backyard. She also a minimalist designer is a perfect fit for Bob. A few years later, Bob and Elle faces another chapter in their family life with the birth of a new baby. Elle went to Eroomservice.com to browse and find the perfect furniture for their beautiful princess child. Their design philosophy of minimalist, elegant, sleek lines still translates to their purchase of a deep mahogany colored Sahara Crib by Arington. They liked its ergonomic features and it can be converted into a toddler bed, as the baby grows older.
Bob is now settled in his new home, with a new wife and a new child. It all started with the right design philosophy that echoed to lifestyle choices and finding the right materials from the right sources.

Hi Doc Rio,
wag kanang mainggit Doc, isang araw si Prince charming will sweep you off your feet and carry you to the nearest Starbucks para mag chat and coffee kayo. Sabay bibigyan ka nya ng uber luscious na tsokolate and would whisper sweet nothings in your ears.
Ayon ang modern day love story. Sana ay magkatotoo ano?
