When I started blogging I had no idea what to do or where to start. I had no clue how to even open a free blog account. The blog I opened in the early part of 2005 turned into a figment of my imagination. I even forgot the password on how to get in that account. Sad, but true but I had become my grandma. The technological age came so quick that I had to keep up lest I would have no clue as to even turn on the computer.
One friend helped me through it all and I am glad he did. The very first step I took was to buy a domain with Go Daddy. Then the floods of opportunities came. I did not know that having your own address can mean a hosting company will accept you. I did not know that choosing an address could both be easy and counter-checked by Go Daddy with a click of a button. And to tell you honestly, I have even gotten a follow-up phone call, a welcome letter and an email stating their thanks for my business. I mean what could $7.49 buy these days? And that’s how cheap I got my domain. This is with customer service, fast email response, a choosing your domain name tutorial and even a personal call from them. That is good service I tell you what. Even my favorite restaurant won’t give you that.
I am going to buy a few other domain names. And there’s no where else to buy them but from a trusted company. If you’re interested, I am one positive testimonial to buying at:
Stay tuned for more announcement of my new domains after I finish buying a couple more even before this post is done.
